COMPASSION / KINDNESS / FORGIVENESS / NONJUDGEMENT / EMPATHY
Kindness. When we lend our strength to others, instead of pointing out their weaknesses, we are demonstrating kindness.
Sometimes we can feel like we are going around in circles and getting nowhere, but life is like a spiral staircase, it is only when we get to the top and look down, that we realize just how high we have risen.
A soul that carries empathy is a soul that has survived enormous pain.
Repeated complaining will attract things for you to complain about, repeated gratitude will attract things to be thankful for.

Every time you get upset at something, ask yourself if you were to die tomorrow, was it worth wasting your time being angry.
Explain your anger, don’t express it, and you will immediately open the door to solutions instead of arguments.
Be soft, do not let the world make you hard. Do not let the pain make you hate. Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness. Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place.
Let your past make you better, not bitter

“Sometimes people don’t say sorry. Sometimes people don’t believe they were wrong. But that doesn’t matter. Apologies aren’t what vindicate you—you vindicate yourself. Don’t wait for someone to apologize and behold a grudge against them until they do. You know why? Because the person that feels the wrath of your anger, frustration, and hatred is you. Those hostile feelings, emotions, and thoughts pulsate through your bloodstream like venomous poison, and you become the host keeping that poison alive. Rather than waiting for an apology, or expecting one to come, realize it may never happen and that’s okay. Because your life and your happiness don’t depend on someone else saying sorry.
