TRUTH
No response is also a response. And a powerful one. Remember that.
Speak your deepest truth, even if it means losing everything – your pride, your status, your image, even your way of life. A life of lies and half-truths, the burden of unspoken things, will eventually suffocate you and everyone around you. Give up everything for a truthful existence. Know that you can only lose what’s non-essential. Osho
“It takes a lot of good deeds to build a reputation and only one bad deed to lose it,” Ben Franklin
Three things cannot hide for long: the Moon, the Sun and the Truth.
Take off your mask friend and just be the genuine you. If you are not careful someone will fall in with that mask of yours; then what will you do? This veil is not your authentic self. With this temporary mask, no one will truly love you, they will love the mask instead; how long can you wear it anyway? Your perfect appearance, your role, your words, your carefully crafted ‘personality.’ The mask you originally created to protect you, to win love, fame and influence, will only end up suffocating you in the end.
Take off the mask friend. Instead of conforming to the world around you, let your honest heart, your doubts, your vulnerability, your fears guide you. Speak the truth, ask questions. Share your tender heart and ask for help when you need it.
“It is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else’s life with perfection.” The Bhagavad Gita
“Making mistakes is better than faking perfection”
“Not everyone will understand the path you are on, but remember that you are here to live your life and not to make others understand.”
“Never lie to someone that trust you and never trust someone that lies to you.”
Three fundamental questions… You don’t know where you came from and you do not know where you will go. You can believe? If we work hard enough on you from childhood, we can make you believe anything. Confidence without clarity is a tragedy. There is no substitute for clarity. Michael Bernard Beckwith.
