Congratulations on becoming a member! We’re excited to have you as part of our community.

Membership Duration and Payments

Your membership is for a 12-month period with convenient automatic payments charged to your credit card. If you wish to cancel or opt out of auto-renewal, please complete the “Cancel or Suspend” form under the “Memberships” tab on our website at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. You may suspend your membership at any time for an $18 fee.

Loyalty Rewards

As a token of our appreciation, Platinum Members who maintain continuous membership for 11 months will receive the 12th month free.

Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final. If you are unable to attend classes and have not paused your membership, we cannot offer a refund. Our schedule, teacher compensation, and other expenses are based on the number of active memberships.

Dispute Policy

In the event of a credit card dispute without adherence to our agreed policies, the member will be responsible for any associated dispute fees, plus a $200 administrative fee.

Duración de la Membresía y Pagos

Tu membresía es por un período de 12 meses con pagos automáticos convenientes cargados a tu tarjeta de crédito.
